Days United (“Days United,” “we,” “our,” “us,” or “Company”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its customers, visitors, and other users of the Days United website (the “Site”). We created this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. CHOICES ABOUT USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

You may "opt-out" of receiving promotional emails from Days United by following the instructions in those emails. You may also send requests relating to promotional messages and your permission for sharing information with third parties for their marketing purposes. However, opt-out requests will not apply to transactional service messages, including messages about your current Days United account and services.

 

UPDATING AND ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If your personal information changes, we invite you to correct or update your information as soon as possible. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account, request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, or delete your personal information, please contact us at info@daysunited.com. We will respond to your request to have your personal information deleted within 30 days. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

 

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

The Site includes links to other Web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Days United. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of any website you visit.

EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA USERS

If you are using the Site from within the European Economic Area (EEA), you have options in relation to the information and data that we have about you.  To exercise any of the options discussed below, please contact us info@daysunited.com. If you’re an EEA user, you may:

  • Access the information we have about you. We will make an effort to share this information with you within a reasonable time.

  • Have your information corrected or deleted. 

  • Object to us processing your information. You can ask us to stop using your information, including when we use your information to send you marketing emails or push notifications. We only send you marketing material if you have agreed to it, but if you would rather we do not, you can easily unsubscribe at any time.

  • Have the information you provided to us sent to another organization, where we hold this information with your consent or for the performance of a contract with you, where it's technically feasible.

NOTICE CONCERNING THE INFORMATION OF CHILDREN

Days United is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not intentionally collect any information from children under the age of 13. Please contact us if your child has provided personal information to us and we will delete the information.

If you are based in the European Economic Area (EEA) you may only use the Site if you are over the age at which you can provide consent to data processing under the laws of your country or if verifiable parental consent for your use of the Site has been provided to us.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES

Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button. These Features may collect information such as your IP address and which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Features to function properly. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

 

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS  

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
