Breakfast Bagels with Ricotta, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, & Basil

You can’t have brunch without bagels, but we’re switching up the lox and schmear for a spread made with creamy, fluffy ricotta cheese this year! Make your own flavorful spread by mixing up ricotta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, a touch of garlic, and fresh basil for a taste explosion that will revolutionize your brunch time

Ingredients

  • 4 bagels, halved

  • 1 cups ricotta cheese

  • ⅓ cup sundried tomatoes in oil, chopped

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

  • Pinch black pepper

Preparation

  1. Toast the bagels to the desired color and texture. Set aside.

  2. Combine ricotta, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, basil, and black pepper. 

  3. Spread onto the bagels.

  4. Enjoy!
