The Aleph-Bet Silicone Mold
Ingredients for 1 set:
½ packet unflavored gelatin (5 grams)
1½ oz flavored gelatin (42 grams)
⅓ cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Rinse before use
Rinse the silicone mold in hot water before use.
Pat dry with a towel.
Step 2 - Mix flavored and unflavored gelatin with water in a bowl and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes
Step 3 - Simmer over medium-low heat for 3-4 mins, mixing as needed
Cooking for several minutes is key to get the texture right.
Step 4 - Transfer into a measuring cup and fill the mold
Step 5 - Refrigerate
Place the mold flat in the fridge (gelatin side up) for 20 mins, or until solid.
