Make a Wish at Midnight

The mystics say that the heavens are most receptive to wishes made at midnight on Shavu’ot. Write your wish on this special glow-in-the-dark paper, fold it into a star, and hang on your window at night to make your wish come true.

In your box:

1. Glow-in-the-dark paper strips

2. Wishing pencil

3. Nylon string

4. Suction cups

Instructions

Step 1 - Write a wish

Grab one strip of glow-in-the-dark paper and write a wish you’d like to send to the sky at midnight.

Step 2 - Fold into a star, almost all the way

During the next step, you will insert a nylon thread into the star, so do not fold all the way.

Step 3 - Insert a piece of nylon string, just before you are done folding your star

Step 4 - Connect to the suction cup and hang it on your window

Go to sleep with hopes for your wishes to come true.
