Stuffed Dates

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

  • 8 medjool dates, pit removed 

  • 4 walnut halves

  • 1 tbsp goat cheese (omit for dairy-free)

  • Runny honey

  • Sea salt

Preparation:

  1. Stuff each date with ½ walnut piece, a scant teaspoon of goat cheese, and drizzle of honey. Sprinkle with sea salt.

  2. Enjoy!

Note:

  • If you keep kosher and meat is on your dinner menu, omit the goat cheese.
