Baked Butternut Chips

Total time: 40 minutes
Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 1 small butternut squash, peeled and very thinly sliced (⅛ inch thickness)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tea pepper

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line 2-3 trays with baking paper. 

  2. Combine squash, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Spread in an even layer, ensuring no pieces are touching.

  3. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the squash begins to turn golden. Flip and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes.

  4. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

  5. Enjoy!
